We start by getting the body moving properly.

A lot of adults come to us feeling:

Strength Training

This is where people begin rebuilding confidence in their body.

unloading the car without struggling
playing with your children
walking upstairs without feeling exhausted

We use:
barbells | dumbbells | kettlebells | rowing machines | bikes
battle ropes | resistance bands | slam balls | boxes | bags & gloves

 

Olympic Lifting variations and Proven Compound exercises


No pointless social media exercises.
No pink dumbells or tampolines.
No random movements smashed together.


Just simple, effective training that actually works.

The goal is not just to lift heavier weights.


It’s to:
move better
support your joints
build muscle
improve posture
reduce weakness
and feel physically capable again

Conditioning Training

Strength is being able to confidently move.
Conditioning is being able to confidently move for longer.

This is the part of training that improves:
fitness
stamina
endurance
recovery
and overall work capacity


 

Some sessions will leave you breathing hard but feeling amazing afterwards.
Others will leave you lying on the floor wondering why you voluntarily signed up for this.


Both are part of getting fitter.
 

You are coached the entire way through

This is one of the biggest differences at MaxFit.

You are not thrown into a class and ignored.

Every session includes:
movement coaching
technique corrections
exercise adaptations
scaling options
encouragement
and individual support throughout


If something hurts, we adapt it.
If a movement doesn’t suit your body, we change it.
